This e-book of 20 recipes brings together beloved memories and priceless lessons, all centered around food with a focus on flavor and nutritional value. Many of them are cherished dishes I've learned from my grandmother who passed me the joy of cooking and great taste. It's a glimpse into my Romanian heritage but it also brings a few favorite modern dishes that I kept making over the years and became house signatures.

 

And of course, everything is vegan, plant-based, comforting, and super nice.

This e-book contains three chapters: Appetizers, Main Dishes and Desserts, and has a total of 20 recipes.
