Let's work together!

Apart from being an online presence that hopes to inspire just a little bit, I also work full time as a recipe developer, food photographer, videographer and food stylist.


I already have 7+ years in the plant based-food scene and I have continuously improved my knowledge. 

In 2017 I became a certified Plant Lab chef with a diploma in Raw Food Cuisine, which helped me master my raw cooking, styling and plating skills.


In 2016 I founded a plant-based catering company where for the first years I was the manager, recipe creator, food stylist, chef, and trainer too.

This adventure thought me incredible lessons about running a food business, how to grow and keep quality on top of the list and also be an innovator in a very competitive environment.

As a result, I recently started consulting restaurants/food brands on food innovation and training kitchen staff.

 Developing contemporary styling.

Modern decorative displays, props curating, tablescape designing (for events or editorial style visual content)

Kitchen Training 

 Teaching contemporary raw or cooked vegan/plant-based cuisine by creating plant-based course materials (basic or advanced) and training kitchen staff at the company location. Currently only in Romania.
